The 843 Roof team was able to quickly schedule us in and finished the whole roof in a single day. The guys were very respectful while working and the site supervisor was involved with asking us questions and showing progress through drone pictures. They made getting a new roof an exciting and enjoyable process and I can’t recommend them enough!

My townhome's 5 PCV roof vents' weatherproofing collars had degraded after just 10 years and leaked into my attic with every rainstorm. I mitigated with buckets and pans until I could afford a repair, and my local-business research led me to Brian Poteat's 843 Roof, LLC. He came out the day I called, flew his little drone and sent me pics of my problems, and we agreed on a (very reasonable) price and repair plan. His employee, Raphael, came out a couple of days later and in just 2 hrs, had replaced my 5 bad roof vent collars with upgraded parts, replaced and sealed the shingles around those 5 PVC pipes, reinforced the weatherproofing on my big Hot Water Heater vent pipe, caulked a few bad nail holes on a ridge shingle, and replaced a shingle that had become detached. Raphael took close-up pics of these problems during the repair process so I could see the details of what was wrong, and he also took pics of each of his repairs so I could see the finished fixes. Brian was available and communicative throughout the entire process by text, phone, and email, and I was so happy with the work and his professionalism that I posted a recommendation for his company on my community's bulletin board, as there are 49 townhomes all with the same problem. I'm a very picky US Marine veteran, so this was a big deal for me to recommend him to my 48 neighbors. And now I'm recommending him to you. Trust is earned, and Brian has earned mine.

Amazing service. Zach went above and beyond throughout the whole process. I am put of state and His initial inspection was very thorough and detailed. He sent more documentations than I expected, including a wind and hail event history that has impacted my roofing, in the attempt to fight my home insurance claim and get the whole roof covered rather only half like the insurance wanted to. Communication was direct and prompt. Getting on the schedule was quick and easy, the following week. Overall process was smooth and couldn't ask for anything different.
