He sent more documentations than I expected, including a wind and hail event history that has impacted my roofing, in the attempt to fight my home insurance claim and get the whole roof covered rather only half like the insurance wanted to. Communication was direct and prompt. Getting on the schedule was quick and easy, the following week. Overall process was smooth and couldn't ask for anything different.

Tyler Hensley was here within 30 minutes! Tyler was thorough while looking for the leak. He provided me with detailed info on what caused the leak and took pictures of what the leak looked like and his plan to repair it. He was genuinely knowledgeable about the actual issue.
